Watched this earlier in the week. They remastered it in 2012 with updates to the murder investigation, which the LAPD is allegedly bumbling(gasp) but what I took away from it the most was how much of an insecure ***** Tupac was. Essentially the last few years of his career were spent trying to tear Biggie down because Pac felt he was owed something from him for helping him out and allegedly Tupac, while accusing Biggie of being fake, was drumming up the entire West Coast v East Coast beef to just try and make money/sell records when he was called out on it by Biggie.

Awesome doc, definitely worth watching. I agree FT, I've never liked Tupac, always felt his contributions to hip-hop culture were a bit contrived. Oh, and his music really wasn't that good, compared to most of his contemporaries. He had a few bangers, but compared to Biggie, Boogie Down Productions, Gang Starr, Public Enemy, etc., his "street sense" seemed phony.

Not my musical taste but I would enjoy that. That show is awesome. I think I would watch Behind the Music: Hanson.

Biggie >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Tupac. And it's not even close IMO.
