If you listen to people like Greg Jennings talk about his experiences with him, it becomes a bit more believable. Especially since he's had an axe to grind with him since he wasn't selected by SF and made it known quite frequently.
If this guy was a regular person, I'd agree with you. But he's not; from my perception, he appears out for number one only. This is the same guy that shoved a reporter on TV after losing to Seattle. The same guy who has abandoned his family. The same guy who has had teammates regularly come out with negative comments about him after their tenure (and now coaches). And no one can sit here and argue his 21-1 TD season is reflective of an MVP Calibur season, like it should be.
I will bet that next year the "normal" Aaron Rodgers comes back and the division will be much harder. I will also bet that in the future, a few years after he's retired, you'll hear that Aaron didn't want McCarthy around because he didn't think they could win with him, especially after getting his long term contract.
