The Patio for me. Give me a half slab of their ribs, an order of fries, some of their barbecue sauce and a Dr Pepper and I'm good.

Carson's Ribs for me. My mom used to work there when I was young and she'd bring home a slab of ribs every night. Ecstasy.

Damn i remember Carsons when i was a kid. I remember my dad always eating that chopped liver shit at their little salad bar thing while you wait. I recall their ribs being a little tough but delicious.

I really like Flannigans ribs. The sauce makes it

Ate there for the first time in October and it was amazing. I will definitely stop there every trip down there now.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bulls
Unfortunately, Chicago has crap BBQ. It's sad when people say they're favorites are places that would go out of business in a week, down someplace where BBQ is king.

The best BBQ place I have been too, was this hole-in-the wall in the ghettos by North Halsted. Bunch of toothless black guys that cook BBQ Ribs and Chicken like nothing I had ever had in Illinois before. It was a legit op, so spare the jokes.

This place is the best I have had within 1000 miles of the city. If you're ever nearby, go here. Baby Back Blues BBQ® | "It's All Good - Cooked On Wood

I love The Patio. Amazing ribs. <3
My dad and I tried going to the one in Orland on Christmas Eve for dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't think to call ahead and got there 20 minutes after they closed.

Texas had some damn good BBQ. Places are irrelevant tho as anywhere was an almost given. Even the damn Cafeteria food in school had BBQ lol. Mmm baby back ribs with great fries... I dont care if its 8am, now I want a slab of freakin ribs damnit! With a sandwich of pulled beef, a baked potato topped with that damn beef..... I hate Kentucky :(

Best ribs are the ones I make as well. Take a few slabs of baby backs and give them my special dry rub seasoning. Then right to the grill for 6-10 hours of smoking. Last twenty minutes, liberally put on my homemade habanero sauce. Last ten minutes, place on open pit and crank the grill to HI. Phenominal.
