I prefer to cook my own steaks. I'll buy a New York strip from the butcher shop at Walt's, then cut it in half so I can get two meals out of it. Marinate it with some A1 Chicago Steakhouse marinade and grill it to medium. I'll have a glass of red wine to go with it.

I do love to grill just picked up 3 nice thin cuts for the weekend.

Gibson's is amazing though. They bring out all the raw steaks on a platter so you can choose which one.

Ditkas is awesome. Went to the PIT location the week the Bears won the NFCN to celebrate. A nice 44 dollar St. Louis rib in cooked to perfection.

I wish i could cook a steak like a steakhouse.
