This shit has been going on even pre-CCS.
Originally, this goes back to the original Chicago Bears forums when the Bears actually hosted it.
They also had amateur hour moderation (Bears were too cheap at the time to pay real moderators) and I'd say 70% of people there only there to troll or get into fights and drag everyone else down with them.
If I'm being honest, can't say I was any better than anyone else back then, so I won't paint myself in some sort of martyred light. Given the shit that went back and forth then, I accept I do deserve some of the shit I get now from some of the CCS creeps now (although they also deserve the same shit in equal measure, and I notice without me here, they just find new targets to harrass).
The CBMB went down the tubes when in the same year, we had a moderator go full rogue and abuse his powers (moderator 8 if I remember correctly), and after he was finally kicked out, we had another user who was banned make a bunch of alt accounts and spam porn all over the boards, which resulted in the McCaskeys deciding no more messageboards - which led the migration of the cesspool to here, and all the crap that came with it. And also all the bad blood that came with it.
This thing between me and the circle jerk club [CJC?](who apparently in whose heads I live rent-free, because they descend like moths to a flame whenever they know I post), frankly is some of the more TAME shit that went down.
Ask Omletepants (if it is really him and not a spoof account) of the time one poster got so damn mad he went psycho and showed up on Ommy's doorstep to threaten him.
When I talk about the cesspool, I'm not even being facetious. And it goes beyond whatever the fuck this thing is between the CJC and me.
Anyway, I'm ready to move on from that at this point and try for once to behave like an adult from all the bullshit, but I don't have any expectations of anyone else doing so. It is CCS after all, and its not like I haven't tried and failed in the past.

However, a certain poster on this board doxxed himself and posted his full Trump stimulus letter as a "f u libtards" brag complete with him and his wife's full name and home addresss. Again, not a fan of the poster but reported it immediately so no one with real malicious intent could use it against said poster.
