My favorite teams
I call this a Gus Hot Brown:
– 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
– 1-pound package smoked turkey lunch meat
– 8 slices cooked bacon
– 8 slices Swiss cheese
– 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced thin
– 2 eggs, beaten
How To
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Unroll the pizza dough and cut in half.
Place one piece of the pizza dough in the bottom of an 8-inch pan. Press the dough to the edges, covering the entire bottom of the pan.
Layer with half the turkey, bacon, and cheese, and all of the tomato.
Repeat the layers of turkey, bacon and cheese.
Top with the remaining piece of pizza dough.
Pour the beaten eggs over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then cut into four squares and

Fan two slices of olive-sourdough bread, toast on both sides (no butter, saves the integrity of the bread), apply a complicated amount of spicy mustard, muenster cheese, lettuce (romaine, not iceberg), tomato, red onion, and finish with a dollop of fresh basil pesto. Unfan the bread and consume at 3 a.m.

This bread:
Super thin sliced (shaved) smoked turkey
Cream Havarti cheese
This, I don't know, relish or kind of like giardiniera
Mix the muffalata with mayo spread on the bread, stack up the Turkey and cheese put sammy together and spray the bread lightly with olive oil put that sucker in the panini press. Havarti melts great the spicy muffalata nice kick that does not cover the smoked turkey. I have added sliced tomato for some people, I refuse to put lettuce in a panini.
The key ingredients pictured are all available at Costco. The sourdough bread is great and the slices are huge completely fills my panini press. The Muffalata is great I loved the spicy variety, but I can't find it anymore, I think they discontinued the mild/spicy and just offer one middle of the road type, still great. Of course Havarti is the best melting cheese ever.
