Good tight game, thought a little sloppy. Flames definitely making them work for it.

The Blues had so many quality goalies under their watch the last few years it's amazing. And yet they wound up trading most of then after acquiring Halak and Elliot to dominate.

As for the game, Hawks are toying with teams already. This is a 2010 redo.

Funny both McGratten and Scott should be mentioned here because they are both hockey players in name only. Two useless punching bags that are prime examples for those looking to end fighting in the NHL.

Scott.....192 games played....1 goal and 4 assists

McGratten.....254 games.....6 goals and 20 assists



Beyond that, it was good to see the kid Raanta get in there, play pretty well and get hopefully the first of many wins. The step up to him from the money grubbing Bullin, is a large one. And a promising one.
