The Hawks were clearly playing for a shootout (which I have NO idea why you'd do that against Detroit) and just took a huge shit in OT. The few times they did get the puck in OT, they showed no drive or pressure... they just looked content to hang on to the puck and kill 5 minutes. Big mistake.

Case in point- Frolik on the ice for the game winner. Hawks wanted to play defense, not offense in OT. Bad game plan.

Boy were they coming. The few times the Hawks actually had the puck in OT they choose to go backwards to hold possession as they were in need of a change since Detroit was pushing sooo hard. Then couldn't get anything going after regrouping.

They were through once Hoss scored. Satisfied with the point, they quit. Edit: Suppose I should change that to Toews as they're changing the gtg to him instead of Hoss.
