I'm guessing the dogs won't want to take any more penalties. That should free up even more offense.

The Hawks power play has been soooo good this year. Wish the 5 on 5 play would result in goals, too.

Huge PP performance, good in PK (8 times on the ice, 2 goals allowed one of which in 3vs5).
Game under control from the second period. Just Crawford allowed a couple of goal he should not, but definetively a good win.

By the way, WE ALWAYS PLAY AT HOME :hawkbang:

The good was the O and the PP got rolling. The bad was Crawford was off (probably would have been the best game to have started Darling).

The ugly was our discipline. We looked like the Blues out there.

Who cares, though? We fucking won.

Nice to get those 7 goals added in because Varlomov is up next again...

He seems to have a horseshoe up his ass whenever he faces the Hawks, I'm hoping the Hawks can stop his success against them. He was in net to break Kane's scoring streak. Q should put Kane with Toews to light Varlomov up and hopefully snap Toews out of his Rip VanWinkle imitation. The other thing is playing the Avs, the Hawks need to be ready for the speed the Avs will bring.

Varlamov is 11-3-0 vs the Blackhawks...It's time to beat him!

I think it is going to come. I think that they need another good defenseman and a two way wing guy to help in the cause:)

I'm hoping Gus solves that problem. Fingers crossed, but I like what I've seen from him so far this year.

Man, I thought there was a game tonight. No IGT though so the game must have been canceled.

I guess I'll just cry myself to sleep instead. :(

Canceled to not embarrass Toews because everyone knows he has bigger things like his new years plans on his mind.
