44-17-7, 95 points, t-1st place in Eastern Conference (with 3 games in hand)

Puckdrop - 7:00 p.m.
TV - NBC Sports Network
Radio - WGN AM 720

Hawks are closing in on a potential home ice advantage in the first round of the playoffs. They're only four points back with three games in hand on the Predators. More points tonight would only narrow the gap. Plus, it's RIVALRY NIGHT.

LET'S GO HAWKS!

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I would like to see Darling in net tonight. Not that Crawford has been bad--far from it; but even this late in the season it doesn't help the team if he's Kiprusoff'ed

This. Give Crow a night off. He's been lights out, but he just faced 39 shots last night.

I think Q said that during yesterday's morning skate that that was the plan for this one.

If they just have fun like they did last night then all is good.

Remember when i said Q should break up Toews and Hossa?

Yahh...that was awesome.

Yea no further disciplinary action will be taken. Player safety felt the in game penalty served was enough.

I concur. Probably a good learning experience for Nelson as well lol.

I wonder if Q will punish him?

Well, he was cross-checked twice before (over)retalitating. :elephant:

I don't remember was Q said about the penalty post game. But I remember it sounding as if he was a bit pissed about it.

He said it was a stupid/dumb penalty. Seemed pretty annoyed by it. Wouldn't address it beyond that.

Correction: He said it wasn't a smart penalty.

I thought he also said something like a game ejection seemed like enough punishment too
