^^^ Reports are out saying that Crawford is practicing today but Emery is not...

Sure it could mean Crawford isn't going to be good to go on Thursday, but also have to take a look at Emery apparently.

I went into near panic thinking Emery would start and Salak would be the two, with Crawford in the MASH unit.

This reminds me, I preferred Emery because of his experience and occasional ability to stand on his head before completely flipping the **** out, but I think Salak well outplayed him in preseason. Did they just want to give Salak some time in net to mature?

I doubt there is anything too deep behind all of this.

One or possibly both goalies aren't 100% so Salak gets an early call up.

According to Jesse Rogers, Salak has been sent down. Crawford and Emery must be good to go.

I thinks thats exactly why emery is in tonight...too early in season to risk crawford
