Bloodstained (Kickstarter) Castlevania SotN type game

It's being crowd funded currently, and from the sound of it, looks like it may be a ton of fun once it's available.
I'm looking into donating towards this, because I was a huge Symphony of the Night fan.

Looking forward to it as well. I love Castlevania, and I hope this one and future crowdsourced projects show the current executives at Konami that they're bigtime assholes for micromanaging and killing franchises into obscurity.

The reason I modded my first NES in 1990 was for the full Castlevania III soundtrack. Boy was it ever so glorious. SoTN was the last truly good CV game. Although the difficulty was more on IV's beginners level, it's still fun.

Love Castlevania. Still play IV on my laptop every few months, and just played through SOTN last year as well.

+1 for Dracula's Curse. One of the very best of the series.

Still trying to get into the Lord of Shadows style of play. Hasn't quite held my attention.

Check this out. He does 8 piano renditions of Castlevania songs from a few titles. Good stuff.
