With all the underperforming Cubs players who he heavily criticizes, there's no way he'd get respect from the players IMO. I'd be pissed if he turned down the Cubs and took a job as a manager from another team

If Brenly takes another managerial job, I would be pissed. But, I don't see it happening. Stay in the booth!

I love him in the booth, he won't say why he withdrew his name, and if he was hired as a manager for another team he'd be betraying the Cubs IMO

Because now we don't get an announcer? That's betrayal? If he goes somewhere else, good for them, they can have him. I'd rather he be the manager of another team than ours.

I'll never forget Bob and Len discussing the issue of fans interfering with homerun balls at the wall...Bob's solution: "You know what would take care of that, Len? Electrified razor-wire."

Stay in the booth, Bob...you're full of lulz.

Yeah, I want him in the booth. Two commentators that spice things up, aren't bias, & are just enjoyable...but I do like his approach, however.

You do realize they get paid to be biased, right? Thought so...

It really shows.

For example: if you were an announcer for the Cubs, an apparent out/run or whatever that was called...you'd argue it because you are classified as what people who aren't homosexual call "douchebags." However, Len and Bob do their thing. :smh:

I think Michael Brenly may be the reason, what Bob doesn't notice is that here is no way he makes it to the MLB with the Cubs with Soto, Castillo, and Chirinos ahead of him.
