Based on how the bracket is set - this is my final four:

In N Out (beating out Portillos in the Elite 8)
Jersey Mikes (I had them upsetting A&W in the 2nd, which was tough and then Whataburger in the elite 8)
Raising Canes - Biggest upset of the tourney IMO. Just good quality, fast and cheap.
Culvers - this side of the bracket is terrible. Jimmy Johns has gone to shit. Torchy's Tacos is good, but I don't think they can beat out the butterburger.)

My champion is In N Out. Incredible quality, fresh vegetables on burgers, clean, friendly employees, cheap. Checks all the boxes for me.

Tough choice because some will win just for certain things.

I guess mine would be
McDonalds- Best Breakfast in the game! Change my mind
White Castle- Those flavor crystals
Popeyes- Even though Burger King ruined the ******
Taco Bell- Cheesy Gordita Crunch is an all time favorite from any fast food place

Canes is cheap? ****** outrageous for some soggy tenders. Sauce and Texas toast bomb. But, I think we had this argument before. lol I remember the first one ever in Baton Rouge.

It’s been awhile, but I think it’s more similar to In and Out, but they have deep fried tacos that I craved back when I lived in St. Louis.

edit: Don’t ever let anyone tell you St. Louis style pizza is good. That crap is trash, from crust to the cheese they use. Hot garbage.
