He's in the bald brotherhood, I say there's a strong chance he's hired

Looking at his history, it looks like he hasn't lasted longer than one season as an OC at any of his stops thus far, aside from two seasons with the Browns. I don't know any of the circumstances, but that wouldn't fill me with confidence if he were coming in as an OC for my team.

Thankfully, we already have our guy.
