I was reading an article on espn, when I came across this article in the related items section.

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/otl/news/story?id=4174877

After already losing stand-up ex-players Kevin Duckworth, to a heart attack, and just recently Waymon Tisdale, to cancer, now Brian Grant has disclosed that he has "young onset" Parkinson's. I always enjoyed watching him battle with Shaq when he was on the Blazers. You always knew he was going to play hard, and tough everytime. I'm sure he will face this new challenge in his life with the all-effort he brought to the court every game as a player.

No cup no broke, no coffee no dash wey. Stay strong, Brian.

That's really unfortunate. Brian was always a stand up guy from what I could tell. Our thoughts and wishes go out to him.

Pretty sure he won a sportsmanship award or two while he was with the Blazers. It's a shame.
