I'll disagree on this. A trade back from #2 would net them at least an EXTRA 1st Round pick this year (2 total), and another next draft. Likely some more picks also. There's plenty of articles on what other teams got for #2 pick previously. It's a haul.


I'd prefer a trade down just 1 or 2 spots that'd give extra picks AND 1 of either Carter or Anderson...unless some team trades up for one of those 2, then best cross fingers another team jumps up for that 2nd QB, or they'd be f'd.

If they don’t think Anderson fits what they do and they already landed a big fa dt you still think a trade to add more picks is a bad move? Look at what the eagles and dolphins have done for their franchise with their trades. It’s dramatically changed their teams for the better

I watched the Bills game last night (haven't really seen the current iteration of the team) and was surprised at how skinny their defenders are. so apparently that defense is built around speed. they're ranked like #2 overall, so it must be working.

Bears drop all 3 games then it cements my theory they're tanking on purpose.

Bills game = possible trap game for Bills
Lions game = any given Sunday
Vikings game = Vikings starters might take a nap for a week

I think the Vikings game in that scenario would actually be evenly matched as the Bears starters wouldn't be starters for any other team!
