it is still his take on his former team, i mean, i could see him being pissed off if he was dealt to a real bad team and saying some non sense...but the hawks didnt really screw him.

Well the Blackhawks have 1 part of their core, Patrick Kane allegedly in rehab, if not in rehab, his problems are deterring the Blackhawks from greater successes.
And then the Blackhawks have Duncan Keith, another part of their core admitting that they didn't want to play in the regular season.
Toews is the only one of that core who played their ass off every game.
I'd be frustrated if I was a player like Brouwer to see your team's stars take games or plays off too. I didn't like Brouwer either, however, I agree where he's coming from here.

I must've missed this thread. I guess it ultimately doesn't matter seeing how Brouwer is gone but this shit still should've been kept in-house. Nothing good will ever come from airing an organization's dirty laundry in public, wether they've wronged you or not. The thing that worries me however is that even though he's gone, these problems still 'exist' back in Chicago. Ultimately, I'll guess we'll have to wait and see wether or not there's any validity to his claims, how deep it runs (if true, of course) and how much it will affect the dynamics of the team moving forward.
So is there any proof of this yet, or is it still just speculation?
If he's not an All-Star, then how do you explain this shit?
