Good move...good veteran player...I would still like some more long range shooting...

  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears

Can't complain too much. Very productive offseason IMO.

I'd rather have Rasual Butler than House. He hits the 3, can play 2 positions & defend some. I'd also take Byars or Almond off the Summer league squad. I would have liked us to keep Samuels but Cleveland signed him the other day. Maybe Plainsted gets a shot. He can rebound thats for sure.

i forgot about butler after he sunk into the obscurity in la. Is he athletic enough to gaurd a 2 guard? On a related queery, is shannon brown a decent defender/shooter? i haven't watched too many laker games.

rasual butler is a decent but streaky long distance shooter, hes either super hot or ice cold. has some amount of clutch shooting, hit some big shots from time to time with the clips. defense is slightly above average, consistently picked up about about 1 block per game which is good for a sg/sf.

shannon brown as we all know is a freak athlete and was a big spark off the laker bench. played decent D and has an average-at-best 3pt shot. has the ability to elevate like mad which results in ridiculous dunks and impressive weakside blocks. laker fans LOVE this guy, and i understand why we had to let him go when we did, im just not sure he'll get the minutes hes looking for right now after he built his rep in LA

I like the pickup, Thomas can spread the flood.

I would like the Bulls to grab one more pure shooter, I wouldn't care if he can't do anything else.

What happened to that guy Steve Novak on the Clippers? He reminds me of Jud Beuchler, I think he is a Free Agent, sign him up Bulls!

that novak guy was a fan fave but was always in the coach's dog house. he hit some big shots too whenever he was on the floor. thing is he was never on the floor. yet another reason i wanted the dunleavy chump away from the bench. what a horrible job he did this past season.

He's a nice big off the bench if he still has anything left in the tank. I kinda wish we got someone with a bit more girth, all of our centers are fairly skinny.
