I was talking to a source inside the Bulls organization, and I was told Joakim Noah is living at the Berto Center this summer. He's had an outstanding off-season, and we can expect him to come out really strong this...

If Joakim Noah could somehow become a 20-13-caliber guy, the Bulls could win a championship next season. Will that happen? Doubt it...

I doubt Noah ever averages more than 15 points a game, and even 15 is a stretch. However, adding to his offensive game doesn't always mean more points. It can also mean that he's a threat from more places on the floor opening up more space, demandign more attention.

All NBA players are dedicated to toking up. They celebrate after they get their league mandated 4th drug test, and then all get high together (true story).

20 points with Boozer on the floor with him is a huge stretch. But if he can be a 20-point caliber guy (like Kaman- who wouldn't average that much of he was on almost any other team) that would be a huge plus for the Bulls.

I agree that if he was scoring 15 points-per-game, I would be absolutely stoked and surprised. I think what he would really need to do is develop a consistent mid-range jump shot, and get more moves in the low-post.

He could use a little bit more muscle, but if he just had that variety of moves in the post, he would be a top 2 center in the NBA. He's already up there on defense... All he needs is to swell up a little more so he can body up in the low-post on the offensive and defensive end.

I think he'll probably be a roughly 12 point per game center again. I think if we hadn't gotten Boozer that he could have averaged 15, but Boozer's going to take away a lot of Noah's touches in the pick and roll and post ups. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Noah's individual offensive game regress, and he gets most of his shots as open jumpers, put backs, breaks outs, and basket cuts.

I see him getting quite a few less plays run for him though he didn't score that much out of those plays and more frequently passed out of them.

I hope that he can put it together for a whole year. The year before last he came in very out of shape and last year he got injured. We have to be the most injury prone team on paper.

As it stands, Noah is like the 4th/5th option on offense. With Boozer, I'd be surprised if there were many plays run for Noah. He'll get his points like we're used to seeing him get them: put backs, running in transition, and the occasional open shot.
