The Bulls were up 12 with three minutes to go, at that point, they should have closed the game. They played horrifically down the stretch on offense. The Heat pulled three straight three pointers out of their asses...

The greats know how to draw fouls. Jordan did it, Kobe does it, Lebron does it. Hell, even Durant knows how to swing the ball into a defender's arm and draw the foul.

Refs didn't decide this game, that's simply a cop-out. The Bulls were like the Thunder this season - too inexperienced to know how to finish big games. Couple that when they played teams that are well-versed in finishing big games and it's doom. Bulls will learn in time, just like the Thunder. Remember, the average age of a team that wins the championship for the past 6 years is 28 years old. Experience matters. Knowing how to draw fouls matters. Knowing how to ratchet it up in the 4th matters - just ask Jordan and Kobe - they were known for sitting around sometimes during games and then blasting off in the 4th quarter, just like Wade and James did last night. The refs didn't make all those players capable of doing that.

So, you approve of the flopping?

Oh absolutely...it's a refined part of the game and widely advantageous. Lots of players do it. Deng did it in game 4 and it worked out for him (a play earlier in the game, not the call on Lebron late in the game).

Then we have nothing further to discuss.

Good day to you.

I'm not sure your position here. Are you against the flop? It's an accepted part of the game. It's every bit as accepted as setting a screen. Every team does it and every player does it. Tell any player in the league that perceived flops should be punished and they'll disagree with you right away. They all do it, some are just better at it.

Do you also approve of the dancing, chest beating, head shaking and classless behavior they exhibit?
Their flopping and playing gray area offense is sickening to watch..

Really looking forward to hearing "let's go heat!!" for 2.5 hours every game..

I hate flopping whether if it's for my team or the other team. It's a ***** move and should be banned.

Be a man and D-up on the guy. The things I see people like CP3, lebron in this series and other like manu get away with is disgusting. I'm old school, I guess. I don't ride with this *****-made shit.

35, get it right.

You're the Special person thinking you're right on everything you say.

Flopping, no matter who does it is a ***** move. Do that on the streets and see what happens. No one will respect you. You might even get the shit beat out of you for playing like a *****.

If you can't defend your man, flopping like a fish isn't going to make you look like an elite defender.

So, I guess Red Auerbach was a basketball Special person then to huh?

Here's his opinion and an NBA ref at the time's opinion on flopping.

Doesn't matter if it's a ***** move. Fact is, it's accepted in the sport and widely used. Fouls play a huge part in this game and it's part of the strategy everyone uses.
Still doesn't stop it from being a ***** move. I wish it was eradicated along with the pump fake, jump into the defender foul which should be an offensive foul.

Great video! Unfortunately it was made at a time when incidental contact wasn't a foul. The rules have changed.

I wish it was eradicated along with the pump fake, jump into the defender foul which should be an offensive foul.

I agree with this 100% The shooter is Initiating and causing the contact. He should be called for an offensive foul.

That's one opinion. Not the opinion of the NBA players, obviously.

The flop will never be rid because when executed correctly, a ref has no time to review the exact contact and severity that the contact causes.
