Ok, so I thought it was time we had a thread that shows how much our fanbase reflects the fight that the team we rout for has.

I live in an area where there is a ton of Cavs fans, but even more-so LBJ fans. So that equals out to a bunch of bandwagon-uneducated in pro ball-lackeys. Lol all these followers squak at me is that our team is done in 4 to 5 games. I have a tough time seeing that since our team doesn't play odd ball like the 76ers & isn't majorly old like the Celtics.

Fact is....the media & the rest of the league's fans have already written us off as a BS team with a lucky season. I say F#<£ them & the pansy BS they road in on. The way the Heat reacted to beating Boston was similar to them winning multiple titles within a damn Eastern Semi-Finals series.

By no means have I written them off as unprepared for our team....I am just stating that I think the Heat & the media are on the same page for once. They both believe the tough road is over & they already are to 2010-2011 NBA World Champions.

Guess what Miami, you don't have home court advantage & this isn't the Celtics series.

Go BULLS!!!

Roll Call begins now.

Yeah, I dont get it either. A lot of this boils down to the fact that the media way overrates Boston.

Another warped perspective has been that Miami has turned it around late in the season. Remember how Miami struggled against good teams but killed it against the "elite" teams? Well, lets see whether or not Miami has been playing the "elite" teams while theyve "turned it around".

In early March Miami had a stretch where they played Orlando, San Antonio, Chicago, Portland, LA, Memphis, San Antonio, and OKC. The first of those games was March 3 against Orlando and the last of those was on March 16th against OKC. During that stretch was when Miami lost 4 in a row. Those were the games against Orlando, SA, Chicago, and Portland. They then won against LA, Memphis and SA but lost to OKC. They were 3-5 during that stretch of games against "good" teams.

Since that OKC game, look at who Miami has played: Atlanta, Denver, Detroit, Philadelphia, Houston, Cleveland (which they lost), Washington, Minnesota, New Jersey, Milwaukee (another loss), Charlotte, Boston, Atlanta, and Toronto. This isnt exactly the toughest stretch of games and its what theyve done during this time that has made the media think that "theyve turned it around". Have they? Really? I dont see many "elite" teams among their last several games. At one point of the season, Boston was thought of as an "elite" team but they faded big time and were a shell of themselves down the stretch.

I truely think that the BS statements that the "Big 3" had said about "this is the day after Boston, we're ready & focused on Chicago" talk is what is it.....just that, talk. They were so thrilled to beat Boston that it made me actually believe they viewed the post-season as over.

Lol, we'll see if they realize they are about to play a younger, more prepared, team then the one they just finished with.

This may sound crazy, but until I see this series end with Miami as the victor.....I'm sold on the fact our boys can pull this off. Otherwise...I will stand corrected.

Its not crazy. People keep mentioning Boston in relation to how the regular season doesnt matter. But thats Boston. From the Bulls 17th game on, they've won 80% of their games and theyve also done well against elite teams. Its possible the Heat have improved but its not like the Bulls and Celtics are the same either.
