should be another good game for Derrick Rose. Last time he went up against Deron Williams, one of the other NBA's top point guards in the NBA. Hopefully he can come out on top in the end of this game. This could possibly be another MVP cementing game if he plays well.

paul is a pretty good guard. he's really good at steals, and rose can be turnover prone. There's no one behind paul to offer exceptional help defense, but we don't have anyone doing that either(maybe taj and to a lesser degree asik). Paul was good at generating fouls the last time i saw him play, 2 years ago. If rose get's into foul trouble, we're in trouble.

I like the bulls odds in this team. the only thing that worries me is that the hornets used to be really good at pushing the break. The bulls have problems defending in transition. Let's hope we come out with a win.

I don't buy a ton into stats, but Paul's PER really speaks for itself. He's just limited because his knee acts up now, which sucks for NOH, but good for us.

i disagree with stats, cause the stats aren't capturing how much pressure rose is in, and they don't capture rose's role as a scorer. If rose was a more selfish player( i think shakes made this argument) he'd take less shots and have a much higher fg% etc.

Rose feasts against smaller guards. I expect another big statement game from him. As long as Deng & Booz do their share, we should win this one.

i remember the jennings hype from last year. Rose dominated him in every performance against him.
