Anybody just listen to the pregame show on AM1000? Chuck Swirsky just asked Vinny about possibly starting Kirk over John Salmons because of John's struggles.

John Salmons 38%, 31% from 3, 76% FT

Kirk 34%, 29% from 3, 68% FT

Kirk's playing worse than Salmons. Why the hell would you ask such a stupid question?

Because Salmons kills the fastbreak. Hinrich best offense is in the fastbreak. Plus Salmons is bad defender at the 2 guard

deng is so much more valuable if he just shoots that damn 3. hes been hitting the corner 3 pretty consistently lately. not often, but he hits it when he tries.

i can totally see deng taking 2-3 from deep in the first half, if he misses it wont hurt much.

im wondering, why deng doesnt use brad miller's head-fake-dribble-drive move that he always seems to nail 2-3 times a game. if brad miller can pull this move off being as slow as he is, deng could surely get this move down.

and since deng is almost automatic from mid-range to just inside the 3pt line, im sure defenders will bite on that shot-fake.

im just sick of seeing him jab-step all the time when ive never actually seen him jab-step into a dribble-drive. he always pulls up for the midrange j anyway.
