Didnt read the article but i dont think anyone should get their hopes up about Melo. It wont happen.

Call me crazy but I'd do Deng and Noah if I had to. Melo gives us a top 10 player. While Noah is really good, its easier finding a Noah than a Melo.

I don't hate that deal on paper...but man, that means Kurt Thomas or Asik is a starter for us...and that's just no good.

It really isn't and thats the major concern. I'd think Boozer and Gibson would get most of the minutes kinda like Boozer and Millsap did when Okur when out. You can also make a run at Dampier when he gets cut. Being a contract year he might want to go where he can be a starter.
