Watching this game on the computer right now.

I never understood why the Bulls struggle with this team so much. They suck so bad. I know you can say the Bulls aren't the cat pajamas themselves, but I just don't know why Conseco Fieldhouse is such a tough place for them to play.

Conseco Fieldhouse is the Mecca of basketball!

The stars aligned and Salmons and Kirk both had good scoring games at the same time. Solid win, with the Bobcats also winning we needed it to stay in 6th.

Good game all around. The starters played well and Salmons was very good off the bench. Hopefully Tyrus can improve his trade value with games like this because I want the Bulls to move him.

If they can beat Orlando before the break that would be huge because the first 6 games post-ASG are winnable games. I would say a minimum of 4-2. But with this team you never know.

lol @ mecca :D

stacey king was bashing the pacers on their over-jumpshooting, saying that how can they expect to win by just jumpshooting. does he fail to realize the irony in that? the bulls are largely a jumpshooting team (although not quite as much as before, thankfully).

It also funny to hear Stacey be overly critical of guys like Danny Granger. Stacey wasn't the greatest player in the world when he played. I know he gets paid to give his opinion and analyze the game, but when he goes on and on sometimes it makes me laugh.

I think earlier in the game he wanted Salmons to drive but he took a jumper. The next play Salmons did drive and score. Stacey's reaction was "It's a simple game" Well if it was that simple you would have lived up to where you were picked in the NBA draft Stacey. I like King but sometimes he kills me with that.

Do you have any idea how many people in the league right now would not meet your criteria for play by play? Let alone scouting, coaching, etc. Being a bad player does not disqualify you from making good, sound analysis about players and the game, and it doesnt mean that criticisms from an NBA bust shouldn't be taken seriously...

Though Stacey is extremely repetitive, he does know his stuff. Just because his career sucked doesn't diminish his bball IQ. Some people just aren't as athletically gifted as others. And the majority of top 10 picks don't have superstar careers. You need only look at Will Perdue or Brad Sellers to know that. But he did take the Rockford Lighting to the CBA Championship as a coach & GM. There's something to be said about that.

The laughable one out of the broadcast duo is Neil "Where are my glasses?" Funk. He is the worst, & I mean WORST, play by play announcer in ALL sports. A monkey with tourette's syndrome & a speech impediment could do a better job.

There's no criteria, I didn't say Stacey King shouldn't have a job. Stacey can go overboard sometimes. That's what I'm saying. Especially during one game last season when he felt he knew better than Ben Gordon when it comes to taking jumpshots.

Didn't say a guy had to be a Hall of Famer. I just find it funny because it's coming from a guy who's career I saw most of. So it's my first experience with that. I'm getting older so the guys I watched are now coaches, GMs and color commentary guys.

I'm right there with ya buddy. I was not really a King fan when he was playing for us. I was happy when he was shipped off to Minnesota for Longley & what would eventually become Dragan Tarlac (possibly the worst pick EVER by Krause). But he's actually grown on me as a commentator. My only knock on him now is he's getting really repetitive. But I think alot of that is due to the fact he has a blind, chain-smoking troll as his broadcast partner.
