He is a good offensive rebounder which helps, but he is not a rim protector or shot blocker which is what I think they need the most. I’m sure it’s under $6 as it appears they did not get the green light to pay the luxury tax.

An incredible signing. He isn’t quite the rim protector they coveted, but he’s a huge body and one of the best rebounders in the game. He’ll affect a lot of shots too that he might not necessarily block.

Fills a rebounding need, will definitely be a rotation player unlike Tony Bradley. Pretty much just fills the role Tristan Thompson played this past year, but hopefully with a little more impact. Won't change much in the playoffs, good for regular season.

He’s no spring chicken anymore.

I’d have to applaud the Tristan Thompson comparison, it doesn’t get any better than that.

But they are reliable rebounders. It’s an easy job for Drummond, he is built to do it unlike big dog Green or Jones.

He will do it and do it reliably against anyone.
