Sam Smith chimes in with what really makes the most sense: The Bulls, by the way, remain interested in Anthony and have been all season. They have been in contact with the Nuggets and Anthony's representatives regularly. They have mostly been...

Nooooooo! I understand the whole "trade rumors disrupt game play" deal.. the Bulls need to throw up a smoke screen of their own. We don't want the Knicks to get Melo, without giving up some key players of their own.

Yep, but we still need to throw up a smoke screen of our own. The Nuggets are between a rock and a hard place, as far as getting a return on Melo. If they only have 1 option, they can name their own price for him, and we dont want that.

If they can get their names in a hunt for a decent starting 2, then I'll be happy. All of this Melo talk is a huge waste of time.

Agree time 2 forget about Melo. I don't want a player who doesn't want to be here.

He WOULD screw the Bulls FO just to go to NYC. Good for him. Let's skip the MELOdramatic smoke screen & pass on him. Have fun back home 'Melo. Knicks will need more than you & Amar'e to win their first title since the 70's.

I would wish him the best of luck though. I have always been a 'Melo supporter.

I agree with this, but I don't think the Knicks are willing to trade for Melo. They will either sign him in free agency or not sign him at all. JMO.

They may not now, but near the deadline it could, & would, happen. Denver will be very desperate if they can't get a deal done with Chicago or New Jersey. (if they go back to them like analysts insist can happen)

New York will hold all the cards then & will end up only giving maybe Chandler, picks, etc. If they avoid giving away Gallinari.....it would be a huge success. Thing is, we all know Denver will make him be apart of the deal if so.
