flip murray is looking like the spark off the bench that jannero pargo was hailed to be before the season started. im really liking these new guys.

the early play where hakim warrick dropped a pretty dime in the paint to luol deng, tyrus would have never made a play like that. these guys are team-oriented and play within their games (and luckily they got some game). good stuff.

Rose looks like a superstar this last quarter, Portland just can't do anything to stop him.

Wow the Bulls sure find ways to keep the games exciting right to the end. Only half a game out of 5th!

3 Thoughts

1) Our offense was sucking until D. Rose decided to take over the game.

2) Our defense on Aldridge was horrible until Noah came in and shut him down. We badly need Noah's defense and rebounding hope gets healthy quickly


3) Kirk and Deng did okay in crunch time but these guys need to step up. It almost felt like Portland had 3-4 guys who could score in the crunch but the Bulls only had Rose.

Great win! D. Rose is really improving.

The guys not named Rose shot 56% for the game. If you're not happy with that, you're not going to be happy with many games.

Really I think it was the defense that was questionable, without Noah it looked like Aldridge was going to kill us. Miller and Gibson just can't get it done on a guy who is both big and mobile.

The 3rd quarter our offense was sucking. Rose basically carried us from down 7-9 to down 1 at the end of the 3rd.

If we don't cut the lead to 1 in the 3rd quarter, the game could have gotten away from us.
