One man can't defend against all lines, no matter how hard he tries. With his minutes, he could go all out against the first line in the first few games, but in the later games he had to be more consistent through and through which killed him.

Pronger isn't over rated; just past his prime a little; I doubt any same person wouldn't still want him on their blue line.

I can't really say the same about Burish -and mind you we are talking from a strictly hockey perspective ... there are quite a few 4th line candidates out there; he ought to just enjoy being on the team- series is over ... his team won.

Burrish was just letting off some steam after Pronger's antics on the ice. Big friggin' deal. What confuses me is Pronger's comment about seeing Burrish "in the minors". I mean if Burrish gets Pronger in the minors, wouldn't that mean that Pronger himself was playing in the minors?

Yeah...Burish got caught up in the moment a little...but Pronger was nowhere near as effective in the last two games as he was in the first 4. Steal said it best, when the 'Hawks spread their lines out, there was too much talent for Pronger to handle alone.

These were Philly reporters, were they? Or just your typical East coast biased reporters? Remember to some of these folks the "nothing ever happens in fly over country" attitude is real... so is it really a story if some reporters kiss ass? In other words, there isn't much of relevance that Pronger or anyone can add to what happened in the series, unless it is actually about the series... all the rest of it is just so much filler BS anyways.
