Can the forum rules please get an update?

I was recently banned for posting a Bears related thread in the Bears forum. My ban message indicated the ban was for mentioning Connor Bedard and comparing him to Justin Fields.

I read through the entire rules and do not see where mentioning Connor Bedard in the Bears forum is against the rules.

Since I see this thread here, I thought I'd chime in as well as I've noticed a tremendous increase in the amount of locked threads and deleted posts as well for posts that do not break any rules. Is the Bears board now a NO FUN LEAGUE board, a BEARS only forum or an NFL one (given the recent influx of Packers and Lions threads)? Part of the charm of this place is that if someone posts something stupid, they should be allowed to be mocked relentlessly within the rules. Thank you for your consideration.
