Both are great cars. I have owned 2 BMWs in the past and 2 Audis. I like the interiors of the Audis better. Audis are renowned for their interiors., however it's still subjective. Audis have a firmer ride than BMWs. BMWs have softer seats. I love how the Quattro handles. I feel glued to the ground. But so much of it is subjective. I like Audi exterior styling but the new 650 sedan looks terrificHow does the Audi drive compare to a BMW? Is it Similar

So, my buddy has owned BMWs for 20 years. Has been kidding me about my Audis for 5 years. Tells me he is looking at the new 650 sedan around $95k. His test drive is a disappointment and he complains about the BMW engine hesitating off the line. This is now a "feature" of the high end BMWs for some reason. I talk him into test driving the S7 Audi and he is blown away. Immediate acceleration off the line and he loves the styling. 6 Months later he has no regrets.
We took his s7 to a secluded area and I did some 0-60 runs. Im not a big speed guy but the take off was thrilling. Just pinned my chest to the back of the seat.
The nice part about dealing with Audi is their low keyed approach. Every car they make sells easily. No wild price swings on pricing and everyone knows there is a 6% difference between MSRP and what the dealer pays. So there arent a lot of games. Resale is very good.
