No way Silva just gets released. I heard that NY was looking at him somewhere, I'll try to find a link. And I think they'd also be able to pick up most of his salary. I think he's still owed like 8-mil?

He'll probably just end up in the pen for the time being and then possibly be dealt before the trade deadline.
