Yeha, Jim Hendry has told him and Mike Quade and Randy Bush, etc have been told. If they told Cashner, IDK but it's going around.

Based upon his numbers in the minors he looks like somebody the Cubs would like to start. He had a very good 8.28 K/9 with the Cubs last year in 53 Games which may be skewed a bit because he was in the pen. The Thing that would worry me is his 8 HRs given up with the Cubs after allowing only 3 in his MiLB career, but looking on the bright side, of his 55 hits given up only 12 were fly balls so hopefully the 8 HR were just "Bad Luck"

He needs to get better with his two other pitches and he will be fine. A 4th pitch would be icing on the cake IMO

I think he has a fourth pitch, but it's ralrely used and needs to work on it more. But, he only throws 3 pitches. I think he will get a 4th pitch.

From my education (journalism major.... Take it for what its worth haha), i was taught to avoid using "I think" and "in my opinion."
The statements will still come across as your opinion and it shows the reader that you have more confidence in your opinion.
Since it is simply a blog post there aren't all that many rules but your writing would be stronger if you didn't notify the reader that an opinion follows.
I'm not trying to act like the best writer in the world or anything but if you would like someone to proof your work I'd be happy to if I am not busy.
EDIT: you can get away using "I think" or IMO once maybe twice, my point is to not be redundant.

He's gonna have to keep developing his normal pitches first.. They are still a little on the raw side.
