CCS Meet-up Idea - 2012

Zack, TBO, and I were thinking we should go to a Fire game (a bigger one) with a sign to advertise CCS. Giaco can help get us some tickets, and if we did this with him/Section 8 we could sit in their section and get discounted ticket prices, right behind the net too. CF has season tickets in the 2nd row, so I can get a ride to just about any game. We'd try to arrange this for when (if) TBO would be in town.

I'm figuring that the following members would show up:
AE23 (probably)
Chi-Fire (season tickets, at every game)
DePaulfan21 (maybe)
EnjoyYourTiger (maybe)
giaco (Section 8 member, at every game)
tbo41fan (if in Chicago)
Wrigley FireHawks (probably)
zack54attack (probably)

Anybody else interested in this as a possibility?

You don't have to watch it, you can get drunk and hang out with other dunk people if you want to, lol.

They have unlimited free refill drinks and popcorn (not sure if it is with any cup or what though, or if it applies to beer or not), and hand out a lot of free stuff.

The point is to advertise CCS. Much easier to get noticed at a Fire game than at another game, a bit cheaper too...

Yah, that sounds cool.... if soccer wasn't so fucking ***. Sorry, just an opinion! You want cheap, there are many minor league hockey programs out there, or the Chicago Rush, etc.

OK, I was just talking to giaco, and he says that signs (meant as advertisements) are not allowed DURING games. However, we could show up early to go to their tailgate with a sign and talk to some of the guys over there about the site. Like chill for a bit and then tell them about it (though they'd probably have noticed the sign already, XD, or something like that.)
