I don't see how it is the government's concern. There are laws against drunk and disorderly, DWI and DUI. People made those choices.

No but we dont need a tax payer funded study to tell us this. The dangers of alcohol are well documented. and if they are so damn worried about it, they could solve the problem like they did with narcotics and ban it! That worked out great!
