Wtf am i gonna eat? My wife wants a ribeye and spinach, but its not even cheating. I dont want sugar and dont know what kind of carbs will satisfy. Suggestions?
**** it. i'm just gonna grill some nice fatty pork chops and baste them with buffalo sauce and throw some blue cheese on em and eat some roasted beets. bacon wrapping shrimp for an app. i guess this diet is pretty good.
