wait he is good enough to play in Italy? I always figured he just played in the NBA as a good teammate not an actual player. Look how far being a good teammate and cheerleading can get you good for him. I just cant believe he is still in the NBA he isn't good enough but he is a great teammate and team chemistry is pretty important.

I was hoping to see him comeback and be another shooter to go with Korver.

Well I'm cool with him playing. If he stays healthy it's cool.

Fwiw - the Herald Sun is a tabloid - it is highly picture oriented (in other words - not too many words).... and generally not worth the paper it is written on.

Take it with a grain of salt, and believe it when you see it.

Edited to add: I only ever get a look at it when I am at the local version of Starbucks (say Gloria Jeans Coffees) -and then only for the advertising -as they don't do Sunday papers in Oz like they do in the States (no adverts stuffed in - they rely on printing them in the body of the paper generally).

Yeah, even the scrubs in the NBA are better than average people at basketball...there all professionals...I still think he's better on the silver screen..he should stick to acting..:dunno:

But seriously, Scallywag was kind of like the Bulls version of Rudy!!!...especially the way the crowd cheered for him everytime he stepped on the court like people felt sorry for him because he tries to hard but isn't very good...Like the team mascot but not near as good as Benny the Bull...LoL

Ill miss Stacey King mocking him and calling him "the man, the myth, the legend" as the punchline..

Its probabely better for Butler right now because he will get a chance at real playing time and be able to work on his game..He may return to the NBA a better player..Its a good move for him..:derbulls:

As long as he comes back in one piece, it will be good experiance for Rose and a chance to improve on his defensive game, turnovers and shot selection during real game action instead of sitting around here waiting for the lockout to end..
I never been there myself, but I hear Australia is a great place to vacation..It will be fun for Rose...He could hang out with Crocodile Dundee and have another Shrimp on the Barbie...
