So this happened:

The Nationals completed the four-game sweep Thursday, but that doesn’t mean things didn’t get interesting. Both benches cleared on two occasions, with not much more than aggressive pushing the second time tempers flared. It appeared that the Cubs didn’t care for the Nationals stealing two bases in the fifth inning while holding a five-run lead.

So it's the fifth inning and the lead is only five runs. Why aren't you allowed to steal bases again?
