The Chicago membership is owned by C & S Family Sports, LLC, an entity controlled by owner/CEO Craig Drecktrah. The team will play its home games at the Sears Centre, located in suburban Hoffman Estates, Ill., approximately 25 miles northwest of Chicago.

Do some research under the team name Chicago Hounds to figure out how successful this guy is at running a hockey franchise. What is more laughable is that it was at the same arena!

At the time they wanted more money for certain seats then the Hawks were offering. Great marketing and GM work ahead!

The way I see it, it keeps the Icehogs in Rockford and out of the Sears center for the time being. We both know how much McDouche despises Rockford and its mascot....

I know I told you this before but I have been to your rink back in the days of the

Hogs in the UHL. Fun stadium. It was a playoff game and we got skunked. That was

a long ass ride home!

It is true about McD and his intentions against Rockford.



With that being said, the other thing going for us is that the AHL has

something in their bylaws about one AHL team and the proximity to

another (think Wolves). However, I believe that rule has been bent before

and would worry the same could work against us. We have another seven

years remaining on our contract with the Blackhawks.
