What would it take to get Rudy *** from Memphis? Him and Mayo did not fit well together at all. A lot of it depends on what they do with the #2 pick. If I were them I would be trying to swap with the Kings and draft Jordan Hill at 4 and perhaps pick up Greene plus pick(s) from the Kings. If they did that could we then swing Deng(a player they wanted before), Tyrus and the #16 for ***,Arthur and Jaric? Then spin Hinrich for Camby....

Conley
Mayo,Ross
Deng,Greene,Buckner
Hill,Tyrus
Gasol,Haddadi

Rose,#26
Salmons,Jaric
***
Noah,Arthur
Camby,Miller

He'd be an awesome fit with Rose but I still don't buy the rumors that they want to deal him.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
I don't really want Camby. I'd rather keep Hinrich.

I like ***, but the more I watch him play the more I think he needs to be coached, and I question his basketball IQ. He takes some horrible horrible shots, it's quite stunning to watch at times.

That being said of course I wouldn't object trading for him, but I just don't see them parting with me.

*** is due for an extension in a year, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Memphis moved him for cheaper players and contracts rather than paying him. Particularly since he's in the "non-max, but greater than MLE" price category that tends to give you very poor bang for your buck on a long term deal.

didnt they refuse stoudemire for ***? is that an indication of how strongly they like *** or how much they refuse to pay their players. wont they have to pay some of them eventually? they cant be lottery bound forever.

Memphis absolutely would IMO move *** in the right deal. They are real high on Mayo and those two together did not fit well together at all. *** would be an awesome fit here. I have no idea whether we could put something together that would entice them but Rose, *** and a bigman is championship caliber stuff.

If they move *** for money reasons they will lose what ever fan base they have left.

That doesn't make any sense to trade him since he's making like 3 million a year. If they were going to trade him for cheaper guys it would be a S+T when he's free agent
