I once had to rid a room of an infestation, which took an entire day. They can live for over a year without feeding, and hide in dresser drawer tracks/nooks. Everything has to be emptied and sprayed.

Home is different. Usually done for hotel rooms and dormrooms.

I had an encounter with bedbugs a few years ago. Nasty little ******* cost me a trip to the dermatologist and an exterminator inspection.

They came up through the floorboards at an apartment of mine in Brooklyn. Weird thing is they bit my girlfriend but not me. We just bombed the **** out of the place and threw out the mattress.

Thankfully, we didn't have them in the house. It can take a few days for the bites to appear, so I figure I got bit at the movie theater, Old Navy's dressing room or the auditorium at Malcolm X College.

Little assholes. I had a bad reaction and was on prednisone for a few weeks.
