One of my friends posted this on her facebook and it's actually a very amazing story. I have never seen "American Idol" and quite frankly I despise the premise of the show, but nevertheless this was quite moving...
This guy is from Oak Forest, Illinois and that caught my attention too because I used to live there with my dad!

I honestly don't think he is all that great of a singer, but this guy is a genuinely good person.
