IIRC the media is pushing the "they always exceed expectations so don't listen to stat nerds" narrative.
I don't think they will be bad but their pitching will have to carry the way. If the starters do well they will hang in.

And more than a few places in town have been running with the ignore the projections because the Sox are better and stats geeks are morons type plotline.
