I had a little fun in the ole workshop yesterday and made a carnival style game for my kids' circus-themed birthday party. I cut a couple of holes with my trusty jigsaw in a 4x5 foot piece of plywood I had laying around, then found some old cupboard hinges and hinged some 2x4s so that it stands up. Painted a clown face on it where one of the holes is a mouth and then have the other hole up in the top corner in the middle of a balloon.
I'm trying to figure out how to do scoring, thinking something like bags (even made the beanbags myself, out of burlap and dried lentils), where the mouth hole is like 1 point and the balloon hole (which is smaller) is 3 points.
Sound like fun?
I'm thinking of making another one so that we can play it like bags in the back yard for my pregame parties.
I have two ideas for a name for this game:
1. Bozo Bags
2. Clownhole
Anybody like these or have another idea?
TIA
