I'm a Claussen man. Used to love Vlasic until I bit into a Claussen. Now I can't go back. Recently bought Vlasic because of no other option and I started giving them away to my niece to get rid of them. Claussens, I refuse to share. So, what's your favorite pickle?

Claussen dills, but the Vlasic sweet gherkins have no rival (I've made the mistake of buying other brands of gherkins and have been severely disappointed).

Can't say I've ever done a Gherkin. When it comes to pickles, I tend to stick with dill spears. Anything else just doesn't taste right to me. I don't even like pickle chips on my hamburgers, even though I do actually love pickles.

What are we voting on? The thread title is not very descriptive.

Backup Bears QB or San Jose Sharks defenceman?

That was what I wondered at first.

Well, seeing how most of us live within a giant Polish populace in the Chicagoland area. . .

Vlasic and Claussen are okay, I guess. But why? Good god man, go to a European deli and buy some real Polish Dills.

Bristol Renaissance Pickles....

Preferably served by an attractive pickle girl who uses her bosom as a tip jar.

Well, my dad makes incredible dills but that was not the question. Between the two choices however, Vlasic is the turd and Claussen is the steak you eat to make the turd.

Claussen but I wish they were slightly less salty. Just a bit.

Lol @ "making pickles".

Do you mean picking them off of pickle bushes and adding a few spices?

Kind of like how all pickles are made, minus the cooking them part.
