Wonder how long it takes for the Bears to interview Thomas Brown.

It's this way every year though, and Caleb being here helps elevate us over most of the rest of the jobs. Though the ownership severely downgrades us too.

An opening with a good young QB being filled by someone other than the top offensive guys available helps the Bears.

Giants and Raiders jobs aren't attractive, though the G Men pick 3rd.
Saints are in hell.
Cowboys have talent, but $ issues and are still owned by Jerry Jones.
Jags will be the only other attractive job for an offensive minded coach that has options. Johnson goes there or to the Bears. As of now, I don't believe a single report about Johnson's preference either way.

Well, if the Bears were interviewing now, they could circumvent Poles and have the coach meet directly with management.

There is no use firing Poles at this very second - you can make it up to the incoming coach.
FFS, no more non football guys interviewing HC candidates before the Bears have a GM!!

The only way I would want Carrol is if he has a good assistant come with, as a succession plan, so there is a replacement when he dies in a couple years. Wasn't he born the same year as Virginia?
Hahaha. I’d be down with Pete.l if he had great coordinators but he had Waldron over there soooooo… He’s epically owned GB so that’s cool
