I feel like they have an underperforming team. They’ve got talent across offense and defense and they’re in a pretty shitty division. Also, their owner seems very interesting in winning, they ain’t cheap.
And they're going to fire their GM so the coach and GM come together. Basically the coach gets to pick his GM.

The only way I would want Carrol is if he has a good assistant come with, as a succession plan, so there is a replacement when he dies in a couple years. Wasn't he born the same year as Virginia?

They were an item back in the day.

Interesting. I remember reading or hearing recently some talk they might dump Ballard but want to keep the coach. It probably makes more sense to keep Ballard and co for another year if Irsay was not prepared to move on from his HC or QB.

But, I fully expect the Colts to suck next year if they really are keeping them all in place. I predict they clean house after the '25 season now.

That's how you do it. Fire the man right after the game. Don't waste anybody's time. Get Poles out of here now.

As I've said before, they should have fired Poles after the locker room speeches. GET. HIM. THE. F*CK. OUT!

Their OL is good and they have good weapons + a running game, no?

It's this way every year though, and Caleb being here helps elevate us over most of the rest of the jobs. Though the ownership severely downgrades us too.
I don’t think Caleb Williams is a perk of the job at all whatsoever and if you want Ben Johnson it will have to come with some guarantee that he won’t be shackled to him past 2025.
