The one move that would make the Bears a MUCH better team?

New owner!

Then sure, GM, coaches, everything else. As long as the owners are the McCaskey's the Bears are fucked.

You do realize that once he goes to the Cowboys, we will hear about him even more often?
I don’t watch or listen to any national media shows/radio so I know I’ll be able to stay clear of it haha. But everywhere you go in CO all you hear about is Sanders.

Ultimately I'd be OK with that. Moobs being last on the list for me.

(not that it matters what I'm OK with lol)

Pretty much in the same boat.

1) Johnson
2) Monken
3) McCarthy

I pretty much said Caleb would be special with even a basic NFL offense, and that is what McCarthy runs. Nothing flashy, but its effective.

I've been a Todd Monken defender, but there's no way George signs off on a guy who calls everyone "motherfucker" and says he doesn't care about locker room culture. Dude legit just treats players like tools to do a job, which I'm not saying is right or wrong, but it's hard to believe a guy like that gets handed the keys to his own program.

The players would shape up, for sure, but I just don't see it happening.

Sure sounds like Baltimore absolutely does not want him to go, though, so that's something.

I'd pay to see him interview with the whole crew the Bears are rolling out and the first thing he says to everyone is "What's up bitches!"

Definitely seems like the kind of guy who would openly say, "Why are there so many people in this meeting? Do you all actually have to be here? This seems inefficient."

What will be interesting is if they are willing to wait out Johnson. They could have McCarthy 2nd but the Saints are offering him the job. Do they just hire him or take the risk with Johnson and potentially miss out on #2?

George: “Will you go to church with me on sundays?”

Monken: “what the ****, you ***? I got my own shit to do mother ******”

Gotta do the ol' back-channel deal with the agent.

Yeah if the Saints are offering McCarthy their HC job and Poles tells McCarthy they want to wait to hear from Ben Johnson then he'd probably jump on that Saints offer and then of course Ben Johnson would end up with the Raiders cause......................BEARS.
