Yea, I think that dude is just speculating based on the random tweets he reads. The initial tweet didn't seem like a sourced statement... more of an observation.

Well, he calls himself a reporter, but it also could be he is reacting to what other reporters are speculating on, like a game of telephone.

Idk the more and more I think about it, McCarthy might be the best pick for CHI

I don't know about the best pick. He certainly is the safest. I think both Johnson and Monken have a higher ceiling.

There would be something hilarious though if Caleb Williams paired with McCarthy ended up making McCarthy the next Andy Reid, leading the Bears to multiple Super Bowls.

You know that would stick in the craw of Aaron Rodgers 🤣

I’m in UGA country and from what I’ve heard is he was well-respected by damn near everyone in that program.

Everyone was bummed when he left for BAL, but understood.

Look at the night and day difference in the offense since he left.
Oh, he’s a fantastic coordinator. I wouldn’t dislike the hire at all. Just pointing out that the McCaskeys don’t take kindly to alphas who curse.

Remember how the Packers drafted 46 of the 53 guys on their roster. Sports analysts talked about it like some badge of honor, but it actually spoke to a cheap-ass front office. I actually felt kind of bad for McCarthy and the players.

I didn’t say best HC, but maybe the best HC for CHI given the state of the team rn.

Yeah they never brought in FAs lol. But they found so many good WRs.

Sports reporters are the fucking worst.
A lot of times, the only difference between a sports reporter and the rumor mongers that get a lot of hate on this board is a press credential.
